To meet the goal of complying with the air permit, MV Technologies proposed a two-vessel H2SPlus System, where only one vessel is operated at a time. To achieve compliance with the emission permit it is estimate that approximately 240 SCFM (@ 8,100 ppm of H2S) of the tail gas must be treated. The balance of the tail gas would bypass the treatment vessels and be re-blended with the treated tail gas and combusted at a control device (flare).
